How to Hire our Equipment

Welcome to the Go Live Australia rental house, where we hire quality High Definition video cameras and live streaming production switchers, whatever you require we have a solution for you. Go Live Australia can hire individual pieces of equipment to meet your needs, however, we can put together a hire package for you that is a complete turnkey solution for your event to ensure all your needs are met.

If you only require a single camera, switcher or a complete production package we have a rental solution that will work for you. Additionally, if you need to hire supporting camera and video equipment including tripods, bonded cellular devices and cabling for a camera feed to be ingested into the Production Switcher. We can hire the accessories needed for a Live Production.

How do I hire?

Step 1 – Email 

Email us your enquiry to info@www.golive.com.au and inform us with your;

  • Name, Email address and Phone Number.
  • Clearly, describe the equipment required
  • Date required/Date returned and time required for hire.

Note; If you haven’t hired with us before, you will need to fill out the new customer form to be entered into our system. This form must be completed  prior to your hire.

Step 2 – Accept Quote

Accept the quote via the acceptance button on the quote, this will lock the order into our system

Step 3 – Payment 

Payment is required prior to the equipment being sent, this can be done via bank transfer (the funds will need to clear prior to sending) or via credit card.

Note; Depending on the size of the hire, especially larger hires, we will  hold a bond for the period of the hire, once the equipment is returned in working order, we will release this bond. The team will discuss this with you prior to hiring with us.

Step 4 – Pick Up

When collecting the equipment, please allow 10 – 15 Minutes so that we can do a gear check. (A signature is required from the borrower to acknowledge the equipment is in perfectly working order)

Step 5 – Delivery

We will have the equipment delivered to you at the requested time. (If a courier collects the equipment on your behalf, Go Live will do a pre inspection on your behalf and you acknowledge the equipment is in perfectly working order before transit)

Step 6 – Equipment Return

The hired equipment is due back before 10 am the day after your period unless notified otherwise. Late returns will be charged accordingly. Once the equipment is returned to Go Live, our rental technicians will inspect the equipment for missing or damaged items. We notify you as soon possible if Go Live rental technicians found missing or damaged items.

Trading Hours

We are 7 days a week from 7am – 7pm and on weekends our times are flexible, please enquire for weekend times.
